Alamo Equities is aggressively pursuing commercial and multifamily properties that we can independently acquire or fund with private equity. Our firm is efficient at underwriting difficult deals, leading us to make quick decisions on our acquisitions or fund placement.We have the ability to overcome complex deal issues, mismanagement, or major construction deficiencies.

MULTIFAMILY

We transform dated, mismanaged, market rate apartment communities into strong performing assets that we hold or sell to institutional buyers. We consider locations in high growth markets, major MSA’s and various tertiary markets in the western US.

    Garden style, low rise, mid rise

  • VALUE ADD:

    Properties with high energy consumption, master metered, fire damaged, limited operating history, and with minor/major deferred maintenance

  • CLASS:

    Focus on B, B-, C+

  • SIZE:

    5-100 million

  • GEOGRAPHY:

    Western States

NET LEASED

We focus on business’ with strong credit and long-term stability in markets that we’ve identified as having strong economic indicators.

    Single or multi-tenant

DEVELOPMENT

We independently develop, JV partner, or provide equity for commercial and multifamily development projects. We are also interested in working with established business’ to find vacant land to fulfill build-to-suit requirements.
