President and Co-Founder

President and Co-Founder, Jeremy brings seventeen years of institutional level asset advisement, valuation, and transaction guidance to the firm. Formerly a manager of the Bay Area multifamily Private Capital division for CB Richard Ellis, (CBRE), and a leader of the Cushman Wakefield, Northern California land development team, Cline is a San Francisco Bay area native, and graduate of the California State University East Bay Business School. Cline’s other interests include spending time with his wife and two children, coaching sports & mentoring, and traveling abroad.



Co-founder, Matt is an accomplished real investor, operator, and successful entrepreneur with 12 years of blended high level experience. His acumen has been shaped by over $300M in private apartment investment rehab and development experience in various executive capacities. Mr. Wilson graduated University of California, Davis, School of Economics and is the founder of Cypress Insurance, a successful risk management and insurance brokerage firm. When not engaged in business or charitable endeavors, Matt can be found with family and friends, or planning his next adventure.
